Are the items you're selling IN STOCK?
We typically have most of our products available for immediate shipment at any given time. Orders are typically processed the same business day, or a day later, depending on the items. On rare occasions, an item you purchased may actually be out of stock. If an item in your order is out-of-stock, you will promptly receive an email notification of the backorder and the approximate available date.

Are the merchandise all new?
All items we sell are 100% brand new, in original sealed manufacturers packaging. We do not sell any re-manufactured, re-furbished, or counterfeit merchandise.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards as Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, and Money Orders.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition with original packaging, all parts included, and never installed. In the case where an item was received defective or not as ordered, we will replace it at our shipping costs. An item can be returned if you changed your mind or don't like it, but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return postage at your expense. If a delivery of an order is refused, it will be regarded as a general return and will incur a restocking fee + return shipping cost. An order that has not been shipped yet can be cancelled. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call or email us immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and you will have to process a general return. For returns, please email to info@supremekitchenbath.com for an RMA and return instructions. Notification must be sent before returning anything. We are not responsible for any labor costs which may occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. Items that are discontinued models cannot be returned, and are a final sale.

Do you ship international?
We ship international too, by UPS or USPS or motor freight when necessary. All customs fees, border duties, taxes etc. are the buyers responsibility. If you want to find out what the fees would be, please contact your local UPS or Post Office, as fees vary by specific areas and provinces. Shipping with USPS can delay shipping with approx. 1-2 days.

How are refunds processed?
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed a returned item. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or paypal account.

How do you ship?
Our shipments arrive fast, as we have several shipping points and orders get shipped from the point closest to you. We ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Bulky items get shipped by motor freight. We ship daily every business day, except for Saturday, and on Fri shipping closes at 12:00 PM.

Errors in listings
Typographical errors can sometimes happen, and we reserve the right not to sell any item below market price when such occurs.
